Molly was fantastic! We found our dream home and had to sell our home in the process. She came over late at night to take pictures and get our house on the market for us in time to make an offer. She worked tirelessly and is very knowledgeable thru the whole process and made everything so easy and convenient for us. The hardest part of this whole process was writing this review because I don’t want to sell her short. My family is so grateful for all she did for us thru this process.

Molly did above and beyond for us with not just selling our home, but buying and getting us a wonderful deal on our new home. We were able to do it flawlessly in a month too! Molly Westfall is a wonderful agent and goes over and above to provide the best service to her clients every step of the way from keeping them informed on a daily basis, to walking them to the table, and everything in the middle, which is very rare and refreshing . As as person who has been in the real estate industry since 1999, starting out as a real estate agent and now is a residential appraiser, you do not find many agents willing to go over and above for their clients the way she did for us. My husband and I are greatly appreciative for everything.

I especially liked she forwarded all disclosures and documentation before showings to help prepare for the showing. She also took the time to review the documents and point out key potential issues. In my case, this actually saved us from wasting time on two showings that were going to be issues.
